Diane Putnam, 79, of Bismarck, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at a Bismarck nursing home.

She was born in Minot, to Clarence and Bernice (Giesen) Larson and raised in Makoti, where she graduated in 1964. She made her home in Bismarck, where she worked and raised her family.

Diane is survived by her children, David of Bismarck, Daniel of West Fargo, and Debora Schock of Colorado; grandchildren Brandon, Charlee, and Daniel Jr.; sisters Elaine Larson of Minot, Jane Rockwell of California, Carlene (Kevin) Nelson of Minot, Lynnette Frank of Neche, and Bonita (Dean) Erickson of Langdon; brother Duane (Darla) Larson of Texas; three aunts; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral: Monday, May 19, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Langhans Funeral Home, Parshall

Interment: St. Elizabeth Catholic Cemetery, Makoti
