Bob, the youngest of 6, was born November 8, 1938 to Robert and Madeline Wilson in the train depot at Stanton, ND.

Bob’s family moved to Brea California in 1956 where he met the love of his life, Sue Brandenburg. They married on June 18, 1960 and enjoyed 64 loving years of marriage. Aside from living in Minot ND, Bob and Sue also lived at Douglas Bay on Lake Sakakawea, Clearwater, Florida and Bullhead City, Arizona.

He loved playing video poker and had the best luck of anyone we know. He was always the life of the party. He and Sue hosted many parties for their friends and family over the years. One of Bob’s many talents was performing magic, which was enjoyed by many that spent time around him, including his family and especially his grandchildren.

It was Bob’s desire to be cremated and to have his ashes scattered at Lake Sakakawea where he spent so many cherished days with his family and friends. A celebration of life will be held in his honor at a later date.
