Clare Haugen Dendinger

Roseville, Calif.

Clare Dendinger passed away suddenly September 6, 2024 with her husband John “Jack”

Dendinger at her side.

Clare, the youngest of four children, was born in Minot, ND, to Victor and Alice (Klungvedt)

Haugen of Berthold, ND. She attended Country School, graduated from Berthold High School

and NDSU in Fargo, ND.

She married Jack Dendinger in 1967 and followed him to California when he was drafted into

military service. They remained there for the rest of their marriage.

Clare is survived by her husband Jack, sister Christine Shipton and numerous nieces,

nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on October 2, 2024 at 11AM at the

Lutheran Church of the Resurrection 6365 Douglas Blvd. Granite Bay, CA 95746.
