Jennifer Ramsey, 49, Minot, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 8, 2024 in a Minot hospital.

Jennifer Hagen was born on March 3, 1975, a daughter of LeRoy and Janice Mae (Anderson) Hagen on a family farm near Logan, ND. She was raised and educated in Minot, where she attended Minot Public Schools, graduating in 1993. She furthered her education by attending Minot State University.

On August 21, 1993, Jennifer was united to Mitchel Ramsey at First Lutheran Church in Minot, ND. They made their home in Minot, where they raised their children. Jennifer also worked as a recruiter for REM.

She enjoyed attending her kids’ activities, attending the Big One Craft show, spending time with friends and riding with Mitch on his Harley-Davidson. She also received the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce Eagle Award for outstanding customer service two times.

Jennifer is survived by: Husband Mitch; Children: Krystal, Ashley, Jaden and Jacob; Siblings:, Marlene Watson, Marvel Hagen, Valerie Reibhoff; Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, brother Doug Hagen, a sister Kimberly Smette, and a nephew Gerald Smette.

Visitation: There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place, however, friends may sign a guest register on Friday one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial Service: Friday, August 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm at First Lutheran Church, Minot. Burial: A private burial will take place at a later date. Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
