Carol M. Christianson, 92, of Upham, passed away Saturday evening, March 16, 2024, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home of Bottineau, North Dakota. She was born July 10, 1931, in Denbigh, North Dakota to Mary (Benjamin) Wagar on the day of her father’s (James Ervin Wagar) funeral. She was united in marriage to Teddy Christianson on September 25, 1949. She is survived by her children, Grant Theodore (Patricia) of Justin, Texas, Susan Ann McGee of Lake Metigoshe and Thomas Lee (Denise) of Upham; grandchildren, Christopher (Cari) Christianson, Heather (Anthony) Rollins, Zachary (Holly) Christianson, Mitchell McGee, Dr. Matthew McGee, Malynda (Travis) Iglehart, Sean (Dr. Chelsea) Erickson and Craig (Sarah) Erickson; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ellen Miller, Mary Christianson and Bertha Shroyer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy; son-in-law, Richard McGee; brothers, Kenneth and Leo; stepbrother Lloyd; stepsisters, Hope and Lois, and her parents.

Celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at New Hope Lutheran Church in Upham and burial will be in the Melankton Cemetery.
