Florian H. Weinmann, 86 of Devils Lake and formerly of Rugby died Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Heartland Care Center – Eventide in Devils Lake, North Dakota. He was born on May 30, 1938 in Harvey, North Dakota to Francis and Elizabeth (Bosch) Weinmann. He was proud of his service in the military and a proud member of the Rugby Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his son, Monte (Joayne) Weinmann of Bismarck; her daughter, Jenna (Joey) Tillman and their daughter, Cora Tillman of Minneapolis; his companion, Ann Volk and her family; a brother-in-law, Ben Gross of Georgia and nieces/nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17 at Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby with military honors to follow. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Cemetery in Harvey. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services on Monday.
