Robert “Bob” Lee Richardson, Jr. age 59 of Minot, ND, formerly of, Carson City MI passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, at Trinity Hospital. He was born October 25, 1964 in Carson City, the son of Robert “Bob” and Julia (Jacobs) Richardson. He served in the Navy and was a member of Sons of American Legion. He was a hardworking man. Working many years at Overhead Door and recently at IMM. He was a natural at his trade of building and fixing a.k.a. “Bob the Builder “.

He was a gracious and continuous man with a great sense of humor and a BIG laugh. Bob enjoyed golfing, hunting, and socializing with many close friends. Sometimes Bob and his close friends would take country drives and would visit the small towns around Minot. Bob enjoyed having FaceTime chats with his mother and was strong in his faith. Bob was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his North Dakota family, friends and anyone that had the pleasure to know him.

He is survived by his mother Julia (Randy) Smith, brother Thomas (Lori) Richardson, sister Tracy (Jeff) Naert, nieces Chelsea, Kaitlynn, nephew Joshua, great nieces, and great nephew. Now he is with his father, Bob Sr., and his son Nicholas, resting comfortably with them in heaven. A formal service will be held in his hometown in Carson City, Michigan.

A Celebration of Life gathering to be held at the Lamplighter Lounge Saturday May 18th at 1 PM.
