Neil Draper, 89, Minot, ND, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024, at his home.

Neil was born July 12, 1934, the son of Elder and Florence (Johnson) Draper, in Midale, Saskatchewan. He was raised and educated in Sanish with his grandmother Anna Johnson; graduating from Sanish High School.

Neil married LeVere in 1956. They made their home in Minot, ND.

He was a master plumber, private pilot, and was proud to be an American Citizen.

His loving family includes: wife of 67 years, LeVere; children, Dakota (Vicki), David (Wendy) Draper, Robin Draper, Lisa (Rob) Erikson, Sherry (Jim) Heilman; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Neil was preceded in death by his parents and brother Leland.

Funeral: Friday, January 26, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Thompson Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Cemetery, Minot, ND.

Visitation: Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorials: are preferred to a charity of your choice.
