Gwendolyn Marie Drewniak, the daughter of Wendolyn and Magdalena (Hoffart) Axtman was born on July 4, 1942 in Rugby, North Dakota. She died at the age of 81 years on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Trinity Hospital in Minot, North Dakota. Gwen was united in marriage to Francis Drewniak on March 29, 1993. She is survived by her sister, Renee Laframboise and brother, Cletus (Bernice) Axtman, all of Rugby. Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with spring burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with rosary, vigil prayer service and sharing of memories at 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby.
