Agnes Barbara (Welk) Heilman, died peacefully on Saturday November 25, 2023 at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd New Rockford, North Dakota. Agnes was born May 1, 1933 in Orrin, North Dakota to parents, August and Theresa (Adam) Welk. On October 27, 1958, she was united in marriage to John Heilman at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby. She is survived by her husband, John of Rugby; children, Charles (Laurie) Heilman of Rugby, Curtis Heilman of Mandan and significant other (Tammy Landis of Driscoll), Karla Heilman (Danny Foss) of Devils Lake, Karen Heilman of Bismarck and Cory (Gail Kuhnhenn) Heilman of Rugby; siblings, Lorraine Jelsing of Bismarck, Balzer Welk of Rugby and Charles (Bobbi) of Mandan. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby on Thursday November 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a rosary, Vigil prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. and sharing memories to follow. Visitation will continue on Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with no reviewal in the church.
