Winona Garbel, 90, of Crosby passed away peacefully Oct. 4, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Crosby. Funeral services were held 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at Alliance Gospel Chapel, Wildrose, ND.
