Leonard Phillip Goetz was born to Fred Goetz and Mary Migler Goetz on August 28, 1930, in Silva, North Dakota. Leonard passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at the age of 93 in Minot, North Dakota. Leonard is survived by his wife Dorothea of Minot; daughter, Jocelyn and her husband Mike Rieger of Bennington, Nebraska and daughter, Brenda and her husband Bill Houim of Bottineau. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9-10 a.m. with the reciting of the Holy Rosary at 10 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby.
