Leland Seltvedt

Kochville Township, Mich.

Our beloved Leland passed away Tuesday morning August 22, 2023, at Covenant Medical Center Harrison Campus at the age of 71. He was born the son of the late Andrew and Annabelle (Vincent) Seltvedt September 4, 1951 in Harvey North Dakota and resided in the Great Lakes Bay Region most of his life. Leland was the owner and operator of L.A. Contracting in Saginaw, belonged to the Elks Club and enjoyed all the beauty his yard had to offer. Surviving to cherish his memory are his two sons; Leland A. (Jenny) Seltvedt, Jr., Adam Seltvedt, a grandson; Jacob, three brothers; David (Joann) Seltvedt, Lowell (Kathy) Seltvedt, Kenny Seltvedt, one sister; Kristi Seltvedt and many nieces and nephews. Also welcoming Leland home are his siblings; Irene, Rosie and Gloria.

Funeral services were held Monday, August 28, 2023 at the Auburn Chapel of the Cunningham-Taylor F.H.’s Inc. Rev. Charles F. Campbell officiated, followed with burial in Fremont Cemetery (Monitor Twp.). Those planning an expression of sympathy, memorials are preferred to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
