Dwight A. Delzer, 73, Fessenden, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at St. Aloisius Medical Center, Harvey, North Dakota. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am, Monday, August 7, 2023, at First Lutheran Church, Fessenden, North Dakota. Pastor Shirley Teske will officiate, and burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Fessenden, North Dakota. Visitation will be Sunday, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Nelson Funeral Home, Fessenden, North Dakota and one hour prior to services at the church.
