Shelley Ann Miller, the daughter of Francis Dale and Betty (Struble) Sylvester, was born on July 20, 1957, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She died at the age of 65 years on Friday, June 30, 2023, at Trinity Hospital in Minot, North Dakota. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bernard of Rugby, and sister, Judy (Joe) Dziewic of Casper, WY.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 8th, at Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Rugby with burial at 3:15 p.m. at Miller Cemetery in Streeter. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the time of services at the church on Saturday.
