Anna M. Salvey, 83, Minot, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023, in a Minot hospital.

Anna Marie Greeman was born on August 22, 1939, a daughter of Michael and Margaret (Thomas) Greeman in Foxholm, ND. She was raised in Deering, ND.

On June 15, 1972, Anna was united in marriage to Virgil Salvey in Minot, ND. They made their home in Minot where Anna worked in the housekeeping department at St. Joe’s for over 30 years. She then worked for a time at Cookies for You and Edgewood Vista prior to retirement. Anna never had any children but was like a second mother to many. You could always count on her to throw together a many-course meal in seconds.

Anna was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot where she was active in the ladies circle.

She enjoyed baking, visiting with family and friends, and talking to her bird. She enjoyed decorating her front window for every holiday. She enjoyed making caramel rolls, pumpkin bars, pies, and banana bread.

Anna is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: There will be no reviewal, however friends may sign a guest register on July 12, 2023, one hour prior to the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot.

Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot. The service will be livestreamed and may be accessed at the link provided on her web page at www.thompsonlarson.com.

Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
