Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Caroline Evangeline Mitzel, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, after a courageous four-year battle with Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s dementia. She was surrounded by her loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives by her example.
