Eilene Biwer, 94, of Tioga, ND, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the Tioga Medical Long Term Care Center in Tioga, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Tioga is assisting the family. Friends may sign the online register and give their condolences at www.fulkersons.com.

Eilene’s Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Tioga, ND, on April 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Father Cory Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in United Cemetery in Tioga, ND. Visitation for Eilene will be held on April 28, 2023, at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Tioga from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eilene’s family has planned a gathering to share memories at Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Tioga, ND, on April 28, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Please come join us in sharing memories and love for an irreplaceable woman.
