Edna Ostdahl, 96, of Stanley, ND, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at the Mountrail Bethel Home in Stanley, ND.

Edna Ostdahl was born on September 4, 1926. She graduated from Stanley High School in 1944 and continued her college education to obtain her teaching degree. She began teaching in Burke Township, where she met the love of her life, Alvin Ostdahl. They were married on November 26, 1946, in Palermo.

She is survived by her sons, Allan (Pam) Rock Springs, WY; Arlan (Joann); Randal; daughters, Janice and Sandra (Kevin); brother Clifford (Barb) Eklund of NV; 70+ grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren as well as the many others who considered her grandma.

Edna is preceded in death by her husband Alvin, her parents, 5 siblings, daughter-in-law Diane, and many other family members.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 10th at 11 a.m. at the American Lutheran Church in Stanley, ND.
