SuAnne M. Devine-Drawz, 65, Minot, died Saturday, February 25, 2023 in a Minot Hospital.
SuAnne was born on January 26, 1958 at Fargo, North Dakota the daughter of James and Marjorie (Wick) Devine. She was raised primarily in the communities of Hannaford and Argusville and graduated from Argusville High School in 1976. She then furthered her education at the University of Mary in Bismarck, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
She then became a traveling registered nurse on the East Coast as well as in the Southwestern United States for nearly a 10-year span. She was proud to have worked as a nurse in nearly 26 states.
SuAnne returned to North Dakota and went to work as a nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Minot in 1989. She was united in marriage to Jeff Drawz on July 6, 1990. She continued her work as a nurse until 1996, when she became a full-time mother to their three children, Mike, James and Kaitlin.
SuAnne was a longtime member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, Minot, where she taught Sunday School and was active with the women’s groups. She was an avid reader, did genealogy study, took cooking classes, was involved in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and enjoyed camping with family and friends.
Her loving family includes, husband of 32 years, Jeff Drawz; children, Michael (Devon) Drawz and their two children, Isabelle and Anastasia of Moorhead, Minn.; James Drawz and his fiance, Hilary of Omaha, Neb. and Kaitlin (Joshua) Weston, McPherson, Kan.; mother, Marjorie Devine, Fargo; siblings, William “Bill” (Lynn) Devine, Albertville, Minn., Kathleen (Greg) Stompro, Fargo, Thomas (Karen) Devine, Eau Claire, Wis., Mary (Edward) “Ted” Meyer, Wheatland, Wyo. and Patricia Carlson, Minot and; several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.
SuAnne was preceded in death by her father, James.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
Visitation: Friday, March 10th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
Memorials: preferred to Dakota Hope Clinic or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
