Roxanne Willard-Julson—–52, Plaza, formerly of Bowbells, ND, died Monday, March 6, 2023 in a Minot hospital.

Roxanne Landis was born on March 12, 1970, a daughter of John and Mary (Saen) Landis. She was raised and educated in Bowbells, ND. She worked as a CNA at the Kenmare hospital for a number of years.

On June 23, 2003, Roxanne was united in marriage to Keith Willard at the family farm in Niobe, ND. The couple made their home in Tolley, ND. Keith passed away on November 14, 2019.

On February 20th 2021, Roxanne was united in marriage to Gene Julson. They made their home in Plaza, where together they restored a Chevy van called cosmo.” They enjoyed traveling together in the van, and were looking forward to restoring another.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, visiting with friends on the telephone, playing computer games, and spending time with her Chihuahuas.

Roxanne is survived by her Spouse, Gene: son, Andrew (Karlee) Skalicky; two grandchildren, Kali and Laken; step-daughter, Faith Julson; sisters, Vanessa Landis and Lydia Rosencrans; nieces, Tory (Wayne) Manista, Michelle Conrade and Kanessa Burkle; nephews, Anthony Arndt and Charles Conrade; and great-niece, Faith Manista

Roxanne was preceded in death by her parents, husband Keith, siblings, Maxine and Robert.

Visitation: Friday, March 10, 2023 from 9 am until service time at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorial Service: Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10 am at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot.

Burial: in the spring of 2023 at Bowbells Cemetery, Bowbells, ND.
