Camette Peters, 63, Fargo formerly of Minot died on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in her home.
Camette Marie Peters was born on March 26, 1959 in Eureka, SD. She was adopted by William and Darlene (Tryhus) Peters. Cam was raised at several places in North Dakota where her father was stationed with the North Dakota Highway Patrol. She graduated from Minot High School. As a young adult she moved to Fargo where she was affiliated with the Vocational Rehabilitation Program there. They assisted her in her employment at the Fargo Country Club, and several nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Most recently, she had been employed at Essentia Hospital – Fargo as a Dietary Aid for many years.
Cam especially enjoyed watching professional wrestling.
Cam is survived by her mother: Darlene Peters of Minot; brother Alan (Karen) Korslien, sister Sandy Koss, sister-in-law Kim Korslien; nieces and nephews: Annette (Allan) Milks, Kevin (Brenda) Koss, Johan (Melissa) Korslien, Jordan (Amy) Korslien, Jacob Korslien, Ashley (Chris) Douville, and A.J. (Molly) Korslien; aunt Ardis (Bob) Markle, and uncle Herman “Bud” Tryhus.
Cam was preceded in death by her father Bill Peters, brother Vern Korslien, and brother-in-law Kelly Koss.

Celebration of the Life of Camette Peters: Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Thomas Family Funeral Home Chapel. A delayed streaming of the service can be viewed after 1:00 p.m. on Monday (1/16/23) by using the link in Cam’s website obituary.
Interment will be in in the Spring in Fron Cemetery – rural Minot.
Memorials are preferred to the Fron Cemetery Association.
