Barbara L. Erickson

Barbara was born on November 25, 1928 to Victor and Edna (Ebel) Christenson and passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at age 94.

She lived most of her life in the Minot area, where she worked as a cook and baker, with many compliments on her pies. Barbara enjoyed knitting, sewing and quilting.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers and sisters; and 2 husbands.

Surviving are a daughter, Judy Eslinger; 3 sons, Guy, David, and Zane Schlak; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
