Clemence L. Haman,

the son of Peter and Mag-

dalena (Jaeger) Haman

was born on March 10,

1932 in Towner, North

Dakota. He died at the age

of 90 years on Thursday,

September 15, 2022 at the

Heart of America Care

Center in Rugby, North

Dakota. On October 27,

1953, he was united in

marriage to Kathryn

Schumacker at the Little

Flower Catholic Church

in Rugby. Clemence is

survived by his wife of

Rugby; his children, Gary

(Cindy) of Rugby, Joyce

(Kendal) Wedan of Peosta,

Iowa, Mary Lou (Jack)

Smart of Gillette, Wyom-

ing, Pete (Linda) of Doug-

las, Wyoming, Karen

Hoffner of Maddock,

Kathy (Bruce) Praska of

Shorewood, Minnesota

and Curt (Belinda) of

Dunseith;

daughter-in-law, Sandra

(Rick) Thompson of

Roseau, Minnesota and si-

blings Joe P. (Helen) Ha-

man, Billy Haman and

Beatrice (Bill) Tolle. He

was preceded in death by

a son, Vernon and his

parents. Mass of Christian

burial will be held at

11:00 a.m. Wednesday at

Little Flower Catholic

Church in Rugby with

burial in the church

cemetery. Visitation will

be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00

p.m. Tuesday with a

rosary and vigil prayer

service beginning at 7:00

p.m. at the Anderson Fun-

eral Home in Rugby. Visi-

tation will continue on

Wednesday from 9:00 to

10:30 a.m. at the funeral

home with no reviewal at

the church.
