Hasenoehrl, 49, Lansford,
died Thursday, May 19,
2022, at her home.
She was born No-
vember 21, 1972, in
Springfield, IL, to Dan
Garrett and Becky Cole
Garrett Chandler. She was
raised in Effingham, IL,
and after high school,
moved to Pocatello,
Idaho, with her mother.
Debbie married Michael
Hasenoehrl August 21,
2013. They lived in
Lewiston, ID, for five
years before moving to
Lansford, where she
worked at the Post Office
and Backroads Cafe.
Debbie loved the out-
doors – fishing, hunting
with Mike, tending her
animals, gardening, can-
ning and baking. She en-
joyed spending time with
her family playing games
or just hanging out. She
brought positive energy
and laughter wherever
she went. Debbie will be
deeply missed and fondly
remembered by all who
knew her.
Debbie is survived by
her husband, Michael
Hasenoehrl; stepsons,
Dylan (ND) and Wyatt
(ID) Hasenoehrl; daugh-
ters, Becca Nelson, of ND,
and Aly Austin, of AZ;
granddaughter, McKenna,
of ND; father and step-
mother, Dan and Martha
Garrett, of WI; stepdad,
Russ Chandler, of ID;
brothers, Danny (Susan),
of IL, Jim (Kim), of FL; sis-
ter, Katie (Jay) Onken, of
WI; half-brother, Jim Kell-
er, of IL, stepbrother,
Evan Hixenbaugh (Dan-
ielle), of MO; stepsister,
Sarah Hixenbaugh, of IL;
uncles, Ken Cole, of IL;
Joe Cole and Bill Cole, of
ID, Jerry Garrett (Liz), of
TX; aunts, Mary Taysom
and Sue Davis, of ID,
Chris Hunt, of SC; and
several nieces, nephews
and cousins.
Debbie was preceded in
death by her mother;
grandparents, Vern and
Roselee Garrett, Raymond
and Mary Cole; uncle,
Candy Cole; and aunt,
Barb Myers.
Per Debbie’s request,
she has been cremated.
A celebration of life ser-
vice will be June 21, 2022,
from 6 to 9 p.m., at
Sonja’s Prairie Bistro in
