Jennifer Dalen, 42,
Minot, passed away Tues-
day, April 12, 2022, in a
Minot hospital surround-
ed by her loving family.
Jennifer was born Oc-
tober 26, 1979, in Minot,
ND to John and Debbie
(Carlson) Pangrac. She
grew up in Minot and was
a graduate of Des Lacs
Burlington High School in
1998. Jen was blessed to
be a mother to Gavin and
Caralina and to be loved
in her life by a large fami-
ly that included a bonus
mom and dad, Bonnie and
Dan.
Jen married Paul Dalen
August 12, 2006, at
Augustana Lutheran
Church in Minot, where
they would also make
their home. Jen spent her
entire working life in ser-
vice to others in the
‘Magic City.’ She was a
telemarketer, fast food
worker, photographer, in-
surance secretary and a
mixologist.
Jen was an avid sports
fan, faithfully supporting
the Bears and Bengals her
entire life no matter their
respective records or
quarterbacks. Paul and
Jen enjoyed spending time
with their fur babies Ram-
sey, Zelda and Violet (aka,
Fatty.) She was the
self-proclaimed ‘Facebook
Queen’ and passed the
time with episodes of
Friends and Survivor un-
til she needed to dom-
inate a game of candy
crush. She will be missed
deeply by all who shared
in her life.
Jen is survived by her
children Gavin (Didi
Copeland) Edmund and
Caralina Edmund and
their father Steven Ed-
mund, all of Minot; boy-
friend Reed Kuhnhenn,
Minot; parents John (Bon-
nie) Pangrac and Daniel
Meschke, both of Minot;
grandparents Sharon
Morey and Verlane Carl-
son, both of Minot; si-
blings Tyler (FaLynn
Reiswig) Meschke, Nicole
(Jay) Pedie, Samantha
Brandt and Jordyn
Meschke, all of Minot;
nieces and nephews Col-
ton, Aleah, Kenlie,
Jaymison, Elliott and Ella
along with numerous
aunts, uncles and to many
friends to count.
Jen was preceded in
death by her husband
Paul Dalen, mom Debbie
Meschke, sister Heather
Meschke and
grandparents Marion and
John Pangrac Jr., Lillian
Carlson, James Morey and
Ronald and Donna
Meschke.

day, April 20, 2022, at
Zion Lutheran Church,
