St. Luke’s Living Center,

Crosby.

Funeral service will be

11 a.m., Saturday, April 2,

2022, at St. Patrick’s

Catholic Church, Crosby

with burial to follow at St.

Patrick’s Cemetery.

Rosary will be held 7

p.m., Friday, April 1, at

Stakston-Martin Funeral

Home, Crosby.

Lorraine was born May

27, 1935, to Fredrick and

Katherine Gardner. She

married Donald Chaffee

January 20, 1954. Togeth-

er they had six children.

Lorraine enjoyed garden-

ing, crocheting and many

other craft projects. She

taught all her children

how to play Pinochle. Her

and Don loved cheering

on the Crosby/DC

Maroons. They traveled

many miles in support of

all the athletes.

Lorraine was active in

the St. Patrick’s Womens

Guild and a member of

the American Legion Aux-

iliary for over 50 years.

Lorraine is survived by

children, Vicki (Barry)

Haggin, Crosby; Chuck

Chaffee, Rugby; Marla

(Keith) Sem, SanTan Val-

ley, Arizona and Tom

Chaffee, Crosby; eight

grandchildren; 18

great-grandchildren and

brother, Robert (Marry

Ann) Gardner, Washing-

ton State.

Lorraine was proceeded

in death by husband

Donald; sons, Terry Chaf-

fee and Steven Chaffee;

brothers Tim Gardner and

Charles Gardner.
