Margueritte Forsberg

Margueritte Ingle Fors-

berg, 92, Minot, died

Monday, June 7, 2021 in a

Minot Assisted Living Fa-

cility.

Margueritte was born

November 19, 1928 at

Trinity Hospital in Minot,

ND, the daughter of Frank

and Helen (Holmes) Ingle.

She was raised and edu-

cated in Portal before gra-

duating from Minot High

School. During her

younger years she was

employed at Bell Tele-

phone after graduating.

Margueritte was united

in marriage to Dale Fors-

berg on May 18, 1947 at

Plentywood, Montana.

They made their home in

Minot throughout the

years, where Dale did

residential building in the

1950- 1960’s. They retired

to Arizona more than

once, before returning to

Minot where he resumed

his career in residential

building and land

development.

Margueritte was active

in First Presbyterian

Church with the Women’s

groups. She had currently

attended First Lutheran

Church, Minot. She was

active in PTA while her

children were in school

and the family spent their

summers at Lake Meti-

goshe. Muggs, her Dad’s

pet name for her, loved to

dance, watch Jeopardy

and entertain family,

friends and business asso-

ciates. Mostly, she loved

being a Mom to her 7

kids.

Her loving family in-

cludes: children, Deborah

(Clair) Lane, of Tempe,

AZ, Terry Forsberg (Ran-

dy Moe) of Phoenix, AZ,

Kathy (Jeff) Farstad of

Minot, Thomas (Peggy)

Forsberg, Minot, Flint

(Jerane) Forsberg, Minot,

Stuart Forsberg, Phoenix,

Az, and Randy (Karen)

Forsberg of Fountain

Hills, AZ; 19 grandchil-

dren and 23 great

grandchildren; brother,

Pat Ingle of Sun City, Ar-

izona.

Margueritte was pre-

ceded in death by: her

parents, husband of 68

years, Dale; grandchil-

dren, Matthew, Cori, Amy

and Micah; sister, Bev.

Celebration of Life ser-

vice: Sunday, June 13,

2021 at 1:30 p.m. in First

Lutheran Church, Minot.
