Brenda Bjelland, 62,

Tagus, ND, passed away

on Monday, June 14, 2021

in her home.

Brenda Ann Bjelland

was born on June 27,

1958, a daughter of Louis

and Janice (Olson) Bjel-

land in Minot, ND. She

was raised and educated

in the Tagus and Berthold

area, graduating from

Berthold High School in

1976. She furthered her

education by attending

the North Dakota State

College of Science in

Wahpeton, ND.

Brenda spent most of

her working years as a

CNA working in Stanley

and Minot, retiring for

health reasons.

She is survived by: her

sister, Ellen Bjelland,

Tagus, as well as aunts

Nettie Lee, Ruth Aas,

Mary Larson, many

cousins, her best friend

and neighbor Joyce

Christensen, many good

friends near and far, and

her beloved tuxedo tom-

cat, Socks.

She was preceded in

death by: her parents,

Louis and Janice (Olson)

Bjelland, grandparents,

and her favorite cats

Sassy, Buffy, Roscoe and

Springs.

Visitation: Family and

friends are welcome to at-

tend and sign a guest re-

gister on Tuesday, June

22, 2021 from 4 until 6

pm at Thompson-Larson

Funeral Home, Minot.

There will be no reviewal

as cremation has taken

place.

Celebration of Brenda’s

Life: Wednesday, June 23,

2021 at 1 pm at the site of

the former St. Olaf Luth-

eran Church, Main Street,

Tagus, ND. with fellow-

ship to follow until 4 pm.

Please bring a lawn chair

as seating will not be pro-

vided. A large tent will be

provided for shelter from

the sun and wind.

Burial: A private com-

mittal service will take

place at the St. Olaf

Cemetery, Tagus, ND
