Kevin Gefroh, 66,
Karlsruhe, ND, passed
away peacefully on Mon-
day, February 1, 2021 in
his home.
Kevin James Gefroh was
born on January 10, 1955,
a son of Walter and Marie
(Schneider) Gefroh in
Minot, ND. He was raised
and educated in
Karlsruhe, where he gra-
duated from Karlsruhe
High School in 1973. He
furthered his education by
attending the North Dako-
ta State University of Far-
go.
On July 6, 1974, Kevin
was united in marriage to
Beverly Heit. They made
their home on the Gefroh
homestead, where they
raised their three
daughters Shannon, Jodi
and Melissa, and farmed.
The couple later divorced.
Kevin also worked for the
Burlington Northern Rail-
road for over 20 years.
Kevin was a sports
enthusiast, especially
when it came to the Green
Bay Packers and horse
racing. He also enjoyed
collecting antiques, shoot-
ing pool and was very
knowledgeable on history
and sporting facts.
He is survived by:
Three daughters: Shan-
non (Michael) LaHaise,
Jodi (Allen) Wilson,
Melissa (James) Ahonen;
three grandchildren: Ma-
dilyn, Easton and Aspen;
Mother: Marie Gefroh;
Siblings: Diane (Ryan)
Zakopyko, Patty (Dave)
Allis, Marianne Cole;
Several nieces,
nephews and cousins also
survive.
Kevin was preceded in
death by: his father, an in-
fant daughter Mary and a
brother, Daniel Gefroh.

February 9, 2021, from 10
am until service time at
Sts. Peter and Paul

Karlsruhe, ND
