Marguerite Rasmuson,

96, Minot, ND, passed

away Wednesday, January

13, 2021, at Trinity Hospi-

tal in Minot.

Marguerite E. Connelly

was born on July 18, 1924

to John and Johanna (Han-

sen) Connelly in New

Rockford, ND. They later

moved to Minot, where

she graduated from Minot

High School.

On November 3, 1942,

Marguerite was united in

marriage to Gaylord

Rasmuson in her parent’s

home. They made their

home in Minot for several

years before moving to

Minneapolis, MN, where

she worked as a book-

keeper.

When returning to

Minot she enjoyed shop-

ping and was always on

the go. She was very

proud to have her driver’s

license at age 96.

Her loving family in-

cludes: daughter, Luana

Rasmuson and her grand

fur-baby, Paris.

She was preceded in

death by her parents; hus-

band; brother, James Con-

nelly; and also her good

friend and mentor, Gary

Kelly.

Visitation: Monday,

January 25, 2021, from 3

to 5 pm at Thompson-

Larson Funeral Home,

Minot.

A Graveside Service

will take place at Rosehill

Memorial Park, Minot, a

later date in the spring of

2021.
