Dwight A. Olson

Dwight A. Olson, 56,

Minot, formerly of Gran-

ville, ND, died Saturday,

January 16, 2021 in a

Minot hospital.

Dwight Allen Olson

was born January 6, 1965,

a son of Marlin and Lanet-

ta (Johnson) Olson in Rug-

by, ND. He was raised and

educated in the Granville

area, where he graduated

from Granville High

School in 1983.

Following his gradua-

tion, he began a career in

construction. He worked

as a heavy equipment

operator for Kemper Con-

struction, Post Construc-

tion, and most recently R

& P Insulation and Dril-

ling, retiring due to health

reasons.

He enjoyed playing and

listening to all types of

music, dancing, shooting

pool, throwing darts, golf-

ing and fishing. Dwight

will be remembered by

his one liner jokes, and

witty remarks. Our family

would like to thank

Dwight’s companion and

caregiver, Kristine

Seabolt, for all the

wonderful support and

care shown to him over

the past years. He was a

loving father, brother,

companion and friend

and will be missed by all

that knew him.

tine Seabolt; along with

several nieces, nephews

and cousins.

Dwight was preceded

in death by: his parents, a

sister Barbara Herschlip,

and several aunts, uncles

and cousins.

January 21, 2021 from 5

until 7 pm at

Thompson-Larson Fun-

eral Home, Minot.

Funeral Service: Fri-

day, January 22, 2021, at

11 am at First Lutheran

Church, Granville, ND.
