Gertie (Wadholm) Horna-

day in Van Hook, ND.

She was the eldest of 10

children. She was named

after her grandmother

Charlotte, her great grand-

mother Jensine, pro-

nounced Yensine, and

after her grandmother

Ella. She was raised in

Parshall, ND and attended

This is where they began

Yvonne eventually began

her career at Northrop

Gruman Corporation

retirement.

Yvonne was very com-

petitive by nature and

loved playing cards and

games with her family

and friends. She was

known to have the Scrab-

ble dictionary on hand

and loved winning every

chance she got. Yvonne

loved to read, crochet,

and do word puzzles. If

you ever went to a rumm-
