Wesley Mills

Wesley Mills, 80, Ruso,

ND, passed away on

Wednesday, March 11,

2020, at Minot Health and

Rehab where he resided at

the time of his death.

Wesley was born on Oc-

tober 1, 1939, on the fami-

ly farm near Ruso, ND.

He was the son of Orval

and Nina (Sorenson)

Mills. He was educated

through to the 8th grade.

For most of his life,

Wesley and his family

farmed and raised cattle,

with the last several of his

working years spent at-

tending auctions, estab-

lishing and operating his

wrecking business,

Tri-County Wrecking.

Poor health led him to

quit working, but he nev-

er lost his love for going

to auction sales. He spent

the last several years of

his life in the care of oth-

ers, following a number of

strokes and onset of

Parkinson’s Disease.

He is survived by: his

son, Bradley (Dede) Mills

and their daughter,

Amber, Jamestown, ND;

daughter Brenda Cook

(Doug Nelson) and her

children Wyatt and Sierra,

Minot, ND; daughter

Angela (Chad) Mills

Fischer, Fargo, ND; broth-

er Glad (Ardis) Mills,

Boise, ID; brother Ronald

Mills, Nampa, ID; and a

number of cousins,

nephews and a niece.

He was preceded in

death by: his parents and

sister-in-law Adele Mills.

There will be no re-

viewal, and a memorial

service open to family and

friends will take place on

Saturday, March 14, 2020

at 11 a.m,

Thompson-Larson Fun-

eral Home. Cremation

has taken place.

Memorials are preferred
