Minot, passed away Sun-

day, March 22, 2020 at

Trinity Hospital in Minot.

Sharon Kaye Anhorn

was born December 20,

1946, the daughter of Otto

and Ruth (Bechtold)

Anhorn, in Minot, ND.

She was raised in the

Deering/Sawyer area and

graduated from Surrey

High School.

Sharon worked as a

beautician in Velva.

Sharon married Wallace

A. Aannerud September

30, 1966, in Oak Valley

Lutheran Church in Vel-

va. They made their home

in Minot, where they

raised their three sons,

Todd, Terry, and Troy.

Sharon worked as a mer-

chandiser at Target and

for American Greetings

for several years. She also

worked for Lowe’s Garden

Center during the sea-

sonal time of the year.

Every chance she had,

Sharon could be found at-

tending her

grandchildren’s activities.

When the weather al-

lowed, she was working

in her garden and tending

to her flower beds. After

the season’s changed, she

was often working on her

sewing and her numerous

stained glass projects. She

also enjoyed being an ac-

tive member of St. Paul’s

Lutheran church in

Minot. Sharon was a

wonderful wife, mother,

grandmother and friend.

Her loving family in-

cludes: husband of 53

years, Wally, Minot; chil-

dren, Todd (Carla) Aan-

nerud, Newport, WA, Ter-

ry (Heidi) Aannerud,

Minot, ND, and Troy

(Shannon) Aannerud, Ra-

pid City, SD; grandchil-

dren, Presley, Samuel,

Griffen and Gauge Aan-

nerud, Hannah and

Lachlan Cockrell;

sister-in-law, Joanne

Anhorn, Minot, ND; three

nephews and numerous

cousins.

Sharon was preceded

in death by: her parents;

brother, Roger Anhorn.

eral Home, Minot.

A Graveside Service

will be held on Friday,

March 27, at 1:00 pm at

Rosehill Memorial Park,

Minot, ND, in Section 27.

er Care in Sharon’s name.
