Lisa Marie Cron, 55,
Fargo, died Sunday,
February 16, 2020 at San-
ford Medical Center.
Lisa was born August
21, 1964 to Albert E. and
Mary (Schumaier) Hofer
in Minot, ND. Lisa grew
up and attended school in
Minot, graduating from
Minot High School in May
of 1982. Lisa worked at
Kmart in Minot for many
years. She attended
Minot State College and
later, the North Dakota
State College of Science
(NDSCS) for Pharmacy
Technology and worked
for Keycare Pharmacy in
Minot, ND.
In 1997, Lisa Marie
married Steven G. Cron,
the love of her life, and
moved to Grand Forks,
ND. Lisa started her
career at Thrifty White
Drug. In 2000, she gave
birth to her first child,
Olivia M. Cron. They then
moved to Fargo, ND
where she continued to
work at Thrifty White
Drug. In 2002, she gave
birth to her second child,
Sophia A. Cron. Lisa en-
joyed attending her
children’s activities, going
to RedHawks baseball
games and Fargo Force
hockey games, and watch-
ing her NDSU Bison foot-
ball team. Lisa loved Hall-
mark movie marathons
with her youngest
daughter, making home
improvements, reading
and doing crafts. Spend-
ing time and traveling
with her family and
friends was one of her
favorite things to do in
life. Lisa was a member of
Bethlehem Lutheran
Church. She was also a
member of the North
Dakota Pharmacy Tech
Association.
Lisa is survived by: her
husband of 23 years,
Steven; children, Olivia
and Sophia Cron; sister,
Brenda (David) Dahl, Ada,
MN; brother, Chad (Twy-
la) Hofer, Minot, ND;
nieces, Samantha (Lucas)
Chisholm, Osakis, MN;
Celest Hofer, and AJ
Hofer, both of Minot, ND;
nephew, Adam Dahl,
Brooklyn Park, MN;
great-nephews, Issac and
Liam Chisholm;
great-niece, Emelia
Chisholm; aunt, Lorraine
Anderson; uncle, Emil
Schumaier; aunts-in-law,
Rae Schumaier and Irene
Schumaier; uncles-in-law,
Tom Bandy and Fred Rath
and many cousins.
She is preceded in
death by: her mother and
father, her father-in-law
and many aunts and un-
cles.
Visitation will be from
10-11am followed by the
funeral service at 11 am,
Saturday, February 22, at
Bethlehem Lutheran
Church, Fargo.
