healthcare center.

LeRoy Duane Lawson

was born July 6, 1935 in

Minot to Henry and Or-

della (Thoreson) Lawson.

He was raised and educat-ed in Afton Township

through the eighth grade.

Following his education

LeRoy assisted his family

on the farm.

LeRoy began employ-

ment in Minot with

Voeller’s Furniture in

1959 where he worked as

a warehouse foreman. He

maintained his employ-

ment with the furniture

company until his retire-

ment in 1986.

LeRoy was a member of

Saron Lutheran Church in

rural Minot. He especially

enjoyed woodworking and

fishing.

LeRoy is survived by

many cousins.

He was preceded in

death by his parents.

rural Minot.

Interment: Saron Luth-

eran Church Cemetery,

rural Minot.

Visitation: Tuesday,

January 14, 2020 from
