Vetter, 73, Bismarck, ND,

went to heaven unexpect-edly on December 19,

2019, at CHI St. Alexius

Hospital surrounded by

her family. Mass of Chris-

tian Burial will be held at

10:30 AM at Cathedral of

the Holy Spirit, Bismarck,

on Monday, December

23rd. Visitation will be

held from 5 PM – 7 PM

on Sunday, December

22nd at Parkway Funeral

Home 2330 Tyler Park-

way, Bismarck.

Rosary/vigil service will

begin at 7 PM. Interment

will be at St. Marys

Cemetery.

Shirlein was born in

Harvey, ND, on January

19, 1946 to John & Mary

Eva (Eisenzimmer)

Bichler. On June 2, 1962,

she married the love of

her life, Victor Vetter.

They made their home in

Minot and moved to

Bismarck in the early

1970’s. Shirlein was a lov-

ing stay-at-home mom for

many years, until the

mid-1970’s, when she

went to work at Q&R Clin-

ic. She later found her

career as a successful

Realtor in the

Bismarck/Mandan area, as

well as being co-owner of

Dakota Country Mun-

chies.

Her Catholic faith was a

very important aspect of

her life. She was a

long-time member of the

World Apostolate of Fati-

ma and devout member of

the Catholic Daughters.

Shirlein was also a

member of Cathedral of

the Holy Spirit and treas-

ured her hours spent in

the Adoration Chapel.

Her greatest role in life

was being a wife, mother,

grandmother and

great-grandmother. Her

family was her greatest

treasure.

Shirlein will be deeply

missed by: her husband

Victor; her children

Kimberly (Gary) Neigum,

Kristina (Glenn) Jackson,

Karen Iglehart, Katrina

(Roger) Miller, Kelsey

(Laura) Vetter; her 18

grandchildren; and 16

great-grandchildren; her

sisters Marie Straley, Vir-

ginia (John) Ripplinger,

Veronica Gores, Beverly

Bichler, Debra (Jacques)

Boucher; sister-in-law

Marcy Bichler; and her

brother Henry Bichler.

She is proceeded in

death by: her parents and

brothers Raymond Bichler

and Carl Michael Bichler.
