Julie Jundt

Julie Jundt, 52, Minot,

ND, passed away peace-

fully on Sunday, October

20, 2019, at Trinity Medi-

cal Center, Minot, ND sur-

rounded by her family.

Julie was born October

15, 1967, the daughter of

Ken and Delilah (Vannat-

ta) Jundt, in Orange, CA.

The family moved to

Minot in 1969 where Julie

attended St. Leo’s Cathol-

ic School and Bishop

Ryan Catholic School,

from which she graduated

in 1986. She attended

Minot State University for

two years, receiving an as-

sociate degree in infor-

mation technology in

2000.

After college, Julie

worked in data manage-

ment at ING for several

years. She then started a

career as a culinarian for

various Minot establish-

ments, including the

Knights of Columbus

where she was employed

for over 20 years.

Julie was a member of

Our Lady of Grace Cathol-

ic Church, Minot, ND.

Julie’s passion was

cooking and enjoyed

watching the cooking

shows. She enjoyed enter-

taining and cooking meals

for her family and

numerous friends, where

her culinary skills really

shined. Julie was also ac-

tive in local dart leagues

and participated in

several ND state dart

tournaments.

Julie was a well-known

and well-liked person

around the local Minot

area, making her a fount

of knowledge regarding

the “goings-on” within the

city. Her parents always

said that she would have

made a successful private

investigator with her abili-

ty to build relationships

and collect information.

Parents, Ken and Delilah

Jundt, Minot, ND; Broth-

er, Jason (Stephanie)

Jundt, Ada, MI; Sister,

Lisa Jundt and her com-

panion, Steven Fretland,

Minot, ND; Niece and

nephew, Alivia Jundt and

Andon Jundt; Numerous

aunts, uncles, and

cousins.

Julie was preceded in

death by her paternal and

maternal grandparents,

and also by her uncles,

George Bichler, Marvin

Bickler, Joe Jundt, and

Michael Jundt.

Lady of Grace Catholic

Church, Minot, ND.

Interment: Rosehill

Memorial Park, Minot,

ND.

October 24, 2019 from

eral Home, Minot, ND.

Thursday at 6 p.m. at Our

Lady of Grace Catholic
