Rebecca Vickers, 38,
Voltaire, passed away
unexpectedly on Friday,
August 9, 2019 in her
home.
Rebecca Jo Mabel was
born October 9, 1980, in
Fargo, ND. In August of
1981, she was formally
adopted by Mark and
Pamela (Telehey) Seibel.
She was raised in Voltaire
and attended Velva Public
School.
On September 11, 2007,
Rebecca met Kenneth
Vickers while visiting a
friend in Minot. The cou-
ple was united in mar-
riage on March 10, 2014.
They made their home in
Voltaire and Rebecca
worked for the Velva
C-Store (where she was
known for her great hugs)
and the Pioneer Bar and
Steakhouse.
She enjoyed spending
time with her family and
friends, was an avid lover
of books, movies and an-
imals, always willing to
“watch one” for a few
days. Rebecca was a lov-
ing wife, mom, daughter,
sister and friend and will
be missed by all who
knew her.

Rebecca was preceded
in death by: her
grandparents Wilbert
Seibel, Milfred and JoAnn
Telehey and her biological
mother, Diane Kensmoe.
Visitation: There will be
no reviewal, as cremation
has taken place, however,
people may sign a guest
register on Thursday, Au-
gust 15, 2019 from 5 until
7 pm at Thompson-Larson
Funeral Home, VELVA.
Celebration of Life Ser-
vice: Friday, August 16,
2019 at 10:30 am at Oak
Valley Lutheran Church,
Velva.
Burial: a private family
committal service will
take place.
