Howard Crissey

Howard Crissey, 81,

Lincoln, beloved hus-

band, father, and grandfa-

ther, passed away Sep-

tember 3, 2018, in a

Bismarck care center.

Memorial services will be

held on Saturday, Sep-

tember 8, 2018, at 2:00

p.m., at the Bismarck Fun-

eral Home.

Howard was born on

August 30, 1937, in

Morris, MN, to Earl and

Sena (Hegg) Crissey. He

was raised and educated

in Morris and graduated

from Morris High School

in 1955.

Howard was united in

marriage to Marge Michel-

son on January 23, 1967.

Howard, Marge, and their

two daughters made their

home in Butte, ND, where

Howard worked as a fuel

delivery driver.

In 1980, Howard and

Marge moved to Lincoln,

where Howard started his

own business. He owned

and operated Howard’s

Painting until his retire-

ment in 2010.

Howard is survived by:

his wife of 51 years,

Marge; daughters: Sherry

(Steve) Wangler and Cyn-

thia Gefroh; grandchil-

dren: Sara and Nicole

Gefroh, Nathan, Brandon,

Maegan and Kristen

Wangler; great grandchil-

dren: Alora and Daine ;

sister-in-law and

brother-in-law: Betty and

Garry Detling; and 4

nephews.

Howard was preceded

in death by: his parents;

sister, Vera Kill; and

brother-in-law, Lawrence

Kill.
