away from natural causes

Monday, December 11,

2017, at his home.

Gary Allen Pozarnsky

was born February 11,

1963, the son of Daniel

and Bernice (Renfandt)

Pozarnsky, in Minot, ND.

He was raised in

Benedict, ND and graduat-ed from Max High School.

Gary went on to the

University of North Dako-

ta, where he received his

undergraduate degree in

Chemical Engineering. He

received his Doctorate in

Chemical Engineering and

the University of Min-

nesota and did his

post-doctorate work at

Clarkson University in

New York.

Gary had his own

research company and

had several patents work-

ing with the Department

of Defense. He worked for

18 years seasonally with

the Renaissance Festival

of Shakopee and valued

the friends with whom he

worked there. He had re-

cently been with his fami-

ly for Thanksgiving in

North Dakota.
