BISMARCK – Andrea Jo Bonness, 56, Mandan, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Hovland to a felony charge of wire fraud for stealing from a Mandan nonprofit organization while providing accounting services, U.S. Attorney Nicholas W. Trinity Health has announced applications are open for its Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Program. The EMT Program is designed to provide students with the emergency medical knowledge, critical thinking skills and practical proficiency necessary to care for the sick and injured. The program will take place from January through May 2027. WILLISTON – The North Dakota Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept. 29 regarding a proposal to construct a wind farm in Williams County. Homestead Wind LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apex Clean Energy Holdings LLC, is requesting a siting permit for the construction of a wind project with a capacity of up to 256.5 megawatts, which will be known as the Homestead Wind Project.
