Forum for tribal chairman candidates planned
NEW TOWN – The Fort Berthold Protectors of Water & Earth Rights will hold a forum with candidates running for tribal chairman in the Three Affiliated Tribes’ primary election.
The forum will be held Sept. 10 from 6-9 p.m. in the New Town Civic Center. A meal will be served at 6 p.m., followed by the forum at 6:30 p.m.
The free event will also be live streamed on Fort Berthold POWER Facebook page at https://facebook.com/fortbertholdprotectors/.
The tribes’ primary election will be Sept. 18.
