A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 5 for a Minot man charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony.
Deangelo Cornelius McKee, 37, was charged in August based on an affidavit of the Ward County Narcotics Task Force filed with North Central District Court. Kean Tevell James, 28, was charged with accomplice to deliver methampetamine, a Class B felony, based on the June 1 incident involving the task force and a confidential informant. James' preliminary hearing also is scheduled for Nov. 5.
