BISMARCK - North Dakota Stockmen's Association (NDSA) members will set the organization's direction, celebrate achievements, learn from industry experts and select new leaders during the 97th Annual Convention & Trade Show, "Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow," Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 24-26, at the Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center in Bismarck.
The event will feature an educational workshop, informational speakers, policy-development sessions, business and networking.
Speakers scheduled for the event include National Cattlemen's Beef Association President Gene Copenhaver of Virginia, Global AgriTrends founder Brett Stuart, attorney Shelby Bothun, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Wade Greening and Cowboy Channel host Justin McKee, along with others including Randy Schmitt, NDSA president; Julie Ellingson, NDSA executive vice president; Carol Peterson, North Dakota CattleWomen’s president; John Arnold, N.D. Insurance and Securities Department deputy insurance commissioner; Angie Johnson, NDSU Extension farm and ranch safety specialist; John Lockie, U.S. Department of Agriculture Risk Management Agency specialist; Brian Amundson, N.D. Beef Commission chairman; and Ryan Taylor, Towner rancher.
