Family meals are among the most lasting and powerful traditions in family life.
North Dakota State University Extension's Parent and Family Education will host a webinar, "What's for Dinner? Making Memories with Family Meals" on Sept. 29 from noon-1 p.m.. This webinar will explore the surprising impacts of family meals, three keys for more effective family meals, and five approaches to making family meals memorable and creating a “menu of family memories.”
Extension Family Science Specialist Dr. Sean Brotherson with NDSU will lead the webinar, which is free to North Dakota residents. Continuing education credits are available for North Dakota counselors, social workers and occupational therapists.
