A Minot woman received a two-year deferred imposition of sentence in North Central District Court in Minot Sept. 4 on two Class C felony charges of unauthorized use of personal identifying information to obtain credit.
Courtney Sloan Schall, 35, Minot, pleaded guilty to the charges and was ordered to complete two years of supervised probation, pay restitution of $164.75 and total fees of $1,050 and comply with a no-contact order.
According to court affidavits, Minot Police received reports from three victims of thefts from unlocked women's locker rooms in a Minot business on March 11 and 22, 2025. The victims reported both attempted and successful unauthorized purchases on debit cards at a Minot store, gas station and car wash.
A misdemeanor shoplifting offense was dismissed.
