Two receive injuries in crash

MOHALL – A two-vehicle crash occurred on Highways 28 and 5 near Mohall involving a 2004 Ford Taurus and a 2024 Lincoln Aviator Wednesday, Aug. 26.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, at approximately 5:04 p.m., 32-year-old male from Minot was driving the Ford Taurus southbound on Highway 28 when he rear-ended a Lincoln Aviator, driven by a 54-year-old female from Sherwood, which was stopped at a stop sign. Following the crash, the Ford Taurus became engulfed in flames. Both drivers sustained minor injuries.

The male driver was arrested for DUI, according to the Highway Patrol.
