Minot-area seniors are welcome to enjoy a free day at the zoo as Trinity Health, the Minot Commission on Aging and Roosevelt Park Zoo host Senior Safari on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at Roosevelt Park Zoo.
In addition to free zoo admission for those 60 years of age and older, the Minot Commission on Aging will serve a $5 box lunch.
To reserve a meal, please call 852-0561 by Aug. 28.
Trinity Health will have education booths at the event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Booths will include MyChoice Health Checks, case management, Well Care, Labs for Me, family medicine, Trinity Homes, stroke awareness, behavioral health, therapy services, cardiology, exercise physiology, pastoral care, nutrition and pharmacy, falls prevention and CancerCare Center.
